The Automatic Conservatory Vent Controller – Single Window System is the complete starter pack for effortless conservatory climate control. Designed to automatically regulate air temperature and protect against sudden rainfall, it makes conservatories more comfortable to enjoy all year round.
This pack combines:
Automatic Vent Controller (AVC002C)
Rain Sensor (AVC002R)
ACK42 Chain Actuator Motor (AVC002M)
Small swivel bracket set (AVC002B2) for top-hung windows
How it works
Simply set your desired temperature on the controller’s easy-to-use dial. The system continuously monitors the conservatory environment:
If it gets too hot, the actuator automatically opens the vent(s).
If the temperature drops, the vent(s) close again.
If rain is detected, the sensor overrides the system and ensures vents close immediately, protecting your interior from wet weather.
Up to eight actuator motors can be connected to one controller, making this system easily expandable if you add more vents in the future. Manual open/close controls are built in, with optional remote switches available for added convenience.
Easy installation & reliable performance
The controller unit is sized like a standard UK twin socket (148 × 88mm) and can be flush or surface mounted. The supplied ACK42 chain motor is the industry standard for conservatory roof vents – a compact, robust unit with a stainless steel chain and adjustable opening stroke (100–400mm).
The rain sensor is a small, discreet unit that attaches to the roof with a permanent self-adhesive pad. It automatically keeps vents closed until conditions are dry again.
